THE HATE WORKSHOP

STOP

Keeping Our Communities Safe

November 17, 2022

The Fresno Center kicks off Keeping Community Safe workshop to help stop hate in AAPI communities.

The Fresno Center received a $200,000 grant. Those funds are going towards keeping the community safe and educated.

Thank you, City of Fresno Office of Community Affairs and Fresno Police Department to help bridge the gap between the police and the community, to educate on hate crimes, and how to report them. Learning the difference between a gate incident and a hate crime is important. Shout out to The Fresno Center Stop The Hate Program for their efforts to coordinate this event and many others as a result of a grant by the Center at The Sierra Health Foundation.
