REDUCING DISPARITIES
CALIFORNIA

HEALTHY MINDS LEAD TO FULLER LIVES
The California Reducing Disparities Project (CRDP) is funded by the Mental Health Services Act of 2004 to create an improved health system that is accessible to all populations, including underserved and vulnerable communities. In collaboration with CRDP, The Fresno Center offers a mental health early intervention and prevention program, the Hmong Helping Hands Program (HHHP), aimed to reduce depression and anxiety, improve physical, psychological, social, and spiritual well-being, and increase awareness of mental health issues.
