EMPOWERMENT AND SUPPORT
The Fresno Center’s Promotores/Navigator Latino/SEA Program is funded by Central Valley Regional Center, Inc (CVRC) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities with language support and general support services. Through this program, The Fresno Center supports CVRC’s mission is to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and children at risk, to reach their goals.

Program Costs:
Services provided under this program are free of charge to eligible individuals and funded by the Central Valley Regional Center (CVRC)
Eligibility:
Programs require a referral from CVRC and have a 12-month duration.
Individuals with developmental disabilities (e.g., Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Intellectual Disability) must have a condition that begins before their 18th birthday and is expected to continue indefinitely.
One of the programs offered is the Promotora/Latino Navigator program, which monolingual Hmong, Lao, and Khmer-speaking individuals in Fresno, Madera, and Merced counties.
