The Fresno Center
AmeriCorps connects individuals and organizations to help communities tackle their toughest challenges. The Fresno Center’s focus for 2022-2023 is on Access to Cultural Healthcare (ACH). 20 AmeriCorps members will serve 1,700 hours of service assisting residents with the following:
- Accessing health coverage
- Accessing resources for COVID-19
- Training, promoting, and advocating around breast cancer awareness.
Our three main partners are CalViva, UCSF, Health Net and Community Cancer Institute.
